      None excpet they literally hire anyone with a pulse.

      Cons

      Saw someone get fired during training 3 days in, bc training gave them the wrong script. They memorized it. The manager then fired them, bc it wasn't correct. Insanley unprofessional environment. If you have a college degree, steer clear of this place. It is not for educated people.

      Pros

      This company has a great culture, strong teamwork, and incredible managers who truly take the time to properly train and support you in your role. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company, and they do a great job recognizing and celebrating team successes. Overall, it’s a positive and motivating work environment to be a part of.

      More remote work options would be a great addition for employees seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance.
