Great opportunities to develop and grow your career. Above market pay and benefits. Building unique and differentiated solutions for an evolving banking industry.
Cons
The speed and pace are not for everyone - must be comfortable engaging and raising your hand. If not, you could feel left behind. Sometimes slow to let go of legacy minded staff who can’t evolve.
Unlimited PTO means you can never take any time off because "business needs" are always rising. As a start up there were many up and down periods so you never knew if your job was secure or not.
