I enjoyed my time at Coronet Peak

Large team to be able to make friends, good job variety, middle management (HoDs) are great and care about staff wellbeing

NZSki talks a big game about staff being the most important part of the mountain but fails in almost every way of showing this. Staff are under paid, over worked and are made to feel like another cog in the corporate wheel. Middle management i.e HoDs are great but are again completely under valued as employees. Hard to go back when Cardies and TC offer an extra $3 an hour for entry level jobs
