Dear Nagarrian, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review here on Glassdoor. The people enablement teams do realize that there can be some chaos at times when it comes to finding advice on career choices. As you mentioned, we are entrepreneurial, but we are also fast-growing and fast-changing and so the choices available to everyone also change and expand constantly. I also want to say that we are currently close to formalizing a mechanism through which every Nagarrian will have someone to talk to about career guidance.
