Pros
- Some intelligent people. - Some good projects. - Tax Savings. - Benefits very much at par with the general IT companies like TCS and Accenture. Nothing special. No free lunches, no cabs, no insurance for parents, no bonus, very minute chances of on-site.
Cons
- Still a small IT company with much volatility in bad times (we saw the panic, pay cuts etc in covid-19) - No work life balance in development projects. To work 10-11h a day is a usual thing. - No Equality in terms of renumeration. Some juniors get heavily paid as compared to seniors. A 2year exp will fetch 10L and 6year would be getting paid 12L and they will justify it right. - Some managers are good but some are worse to work with. No matter how hard you try, they will not take a stand. Project completion will be their achievement and failures will be on developers.
