While I am not able to address the concern on fresher salary at this time, one thing I can mention is that we place a very strong weightage on how well you do once you join us and your appraisals in the future are a function of that (not of your college). From a location perspective, I can reveal that we will consolidate in the mid-term to better premises in Gurgaon. We already have our own consolidated premises in Jaipur to address the same concern. Your advice to management is right on target. This is an aspect that senior management is taking very seriously now and you should see a lot of improvement in this area.
