11yThank you for leaving a review for Nagarro. I am happy to see that we are able to provide a good environment for you to work in. But as you mentioned, there are areas to improve and we are working hard on them.
From an infrastructure perspective, every new building we add, we improve tremendously. We were a small company which is growing up very fast. So, somethings have some catching up to do. But you will see that in the next couple of years, we will more than catch up.
In the meantime, if there are specific areas of improvement that you feel strongly about, I recommend that you reach out to our admin group or even the senior management. It will only help us if you do.
