Let me first thank you for leaving a detailed review such as the one you have. I think I know who wrote this and I must say it was always to pleasure to interact with you while you were here.
I think you have captured well the essence of the company that we are trying to create in your review. And you have also called out our biggest fear - we don't want to end up like just another mid-sized Indian IT company.
Regarding your advice to management, I do believe a lot of teams do organize offsite events. In true Nagarro style, we leave it to the teams to decide how they want to spend their allocated funds for team activities. I agree that teams need to gel together and anything we can do to move in that direction is effort well spent.
We don't really control how many folks can be 'onsite' in any given engagement. It ties in with our approach to solving a customer's problem - if a problem can be best solved by having people in the same office as the customer we propose it, else we don't. Having said that, we have so many people traveling to customer locations all the time.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Hopefully we will see you back in Nagarro once you have finished your studies. Reach out to me if you ever need to connect.
