Nagarro used to ranks right on top when it came to hiring great people, with some of the brightest minds involved in undertaking development for market leaders. Which can be easily identified by the Customer testimonials that it has garnered. The HR practices are some of the best that I have encountered in my career span, with proactive HR going out of the way to ensure that employee satisfaction is top notch. The vision of the company and the CEO are closely aligned to take Nagarro to the big league in the IT Services domain.
Cons
Their is a significant difference in outlining a vision and executing it. It is not necessary that by hiring people from large organizations which are undertaking a major restructuring exercise we would be able to fulfill that vision. Hiring is one thing that has been an area of concern for all the major IT companies, and as Nagarro scales its important that those standards don't falter. While hiring keeping future in mind is important, what is also important is to ensure that people who join at at senior level are accountable towards tangible outcomes. Over last couple of years I have seen hires who joined Nagarro with different titles but played different roles.
