Pros
above average salary, that's all
Cons
The company calls itself as a flat hierarchy, but this is nothing but unstructured, Local management doesn't care about employees, they are just puppets of the higher management, no rights to make individual decisions, they nod to everything, even if it is the biggest bulls..t. As if that wasn't bad enough, there's a big chance to get a project/team lead who will do excessive and intrusive control over employees' (e.g micromanagement), who even questions working hours and won't respect work-life balance, magnifies all the mistakes, creating a toxic workplace environment rapidly. Plus, it's hard to get a normal project. And if the billability is low (they don't care about the underlying reasons), they will first put you on the bench (without predefined bench process), and then they will pressure you to quit. And that's what they call,,, CARING.
