Pros
- Good place to gain experience for younger prospects with chances to get job opportunities internally depending on performance - OJT is diversified so there are chances for you to learn something new which you can't get anywhere else - Hybrid work environment and good EOY cash bonus
Cons
- It's a startup so expect responsibilities will definitely increase exponentially over a short period of time. - The base pay/low increment doesn't justify the amount of workload. - Welfare not taken care of very well; benefits are sub-par.
