Pros
The company provides a stable working environment and long-term employment, which is not very common these days. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to gain solid experience and work with different teams and projects. There is generally a respectful atmosphere, and most colleagues are cooperative and easy to work with. Processes are structured, so you know what is expected from you.
Cons
Some internal processes can feel a bit slow or overly formal, which sometimes makes quick decision-making difficult. In certain areas, there is still room for more modern tools and updated workflows. Communication between departments is not always as smooth as it could be. During the summer season, the workload can become quite heavy and sometimes feels overwhelming.
