      Interesting and diverse work encompassing a wide range of technologies. Good team spirit and co- operation between co workers and departments.

      Cons

      People work cohesively in spite of management not because of it. Some managers pit one Group against the others Reviews are not done in a timely manner or not at all, leaving workers to feel unappreciated.

      Pros

      Napco has very talented people. In fact brilliant.

      Cons

      They cannot hold on to that talent. In fact, the talent they have for the most part is up in age and once they retire. Very rigid, toleration management. No flexibility. Unreasonable deadlines, You have to beg for time off.
