Pros
I started at Napkyn as my first job out of school and had a great learning experience during my time. Despite being mostly remote, I feel like the team environment had a really positive atmosphere. Diversity is really important to Napkyn, and the company is constantly trying to "walk the walk" and improve its diversity which I am really impressed with. There is a healthy benefits package and a really great work-life balance. The employee culture is impressive and it is overall a great company to help you develop and advance your skills.
Cons
Given it is a predominantly remote position, it is harder to connect and work together with co-workers. I wish there were more in-person opportunities with colleagues such as "in-office" days or meetings. This is a personal preference and some may prefer the way it is now. As I am writing this, there is starting to be more staff meet-ups in some of the primary locations.
