Cons
Top heavy Company. The High Turn-Over Outfit How bad is it: A company should not be on the hunt for Salesmen three months, and if they are that means that they have fallen into a hire-and-fire cycle. This can indicate a few things. One, leadership may be very fickle, unable to land on the specific qualities they want in a candidate. Two, the company may have a bad internal culture which makes retention nearly impossible, no matter how talented the new hires may be. Three, top level goals may be as fleeting as the talent. .50% of sales are referred by top management to 7 salesmen. The other 50% is to be divided among the other 13 salesmen. Do the math. 240 - 120 = 120 / 13 = 9 cars sold. Of those 9 cars sold, 2 thirds are mini's @ $200.00 each. You have to work 2 Sundays per month and the last week of every month it's bell to bell, that is from 8:30AM to 7PM. You will end up working 183+ hours per month. Realistic income for a salesman is from $36,000 to $45,000. No balance between work and life.
