All feedback is carefully considered and taken into account how we can make the best work experience possible. Regarding the feedback on myself, I can assure you that there is no favoritism shown in the Company. I take the well-being and care of the staff very seriously. It is of utmost importance that people are treated with dignity and respect. And yes, I am known to speak up if I see that is not happening. I consider Management a representation of myself and the Company representing high standards of conduct and professionalism.
