Pros
Resume building opportunity for sure. You will be thrown into so may projects and tasks, that any other volume of work else will seem mediocre.
Cons
Nepotism is in full force. The employees are treated like machines not people, and now I hear that they are giving 'awards' instead of raises or livable salaries. There are constant meetings , so frequent that it is impossible to get all of the tasks they demand of you complete in time. You are given work that far exceeds you role and capacity, and are expected to be grateful for the opportunity.
