Flexibility, with excellent travel spiffs

Total dysfunction family-run business. Wouldn't recommend

~Cheap Health Insurance ~Free Gas (When filled up at the 1 place we can go). There aren't gas cards

~Unclear, over exaggerated, or hardly explained benefits and perks.(i.e "Free Gas", "Time off Holidays", "Company Car" ect) ~Unclear job responsibilities (You move stock from pallets or other vehicle to shelf while checking dates and rotating product. If they need you to do something else, usually it wont be communicated until day of or after the fact.) ~Unfair treatment at the bottom ~Unorganized management mostly above supervisor level ~Supervisors are usually covering routes or in meetings with superiors and wont be able to help you most times. (They want to help you but can't get above the mountain of work they have to accomplish too) ~Unclear chain of command. Any info on the company you receive are in emails that you have to hope people will have and can give you. ~Constant turnover at this level so you will have to pick up that work for no more pay.
