Some of the seniors in research department is good.
Cons
Manager (Research team ) is biased, Bad work culture. Hires employees at low pay and doesn't give good hike, 70-80% attrition rate, hire only emplyees as freshers so they have to pay less, no work ethics , no acknowledgment , no bonus, no variable, saturdays working. Also, they hires employees only from Jharkhand , Bihar so they can pay less andmake them work more.
