During my 1.5 years there, I found the team to be extremely talented, collaborative, and genuinely supportive, often felt like a close-knit community. The work environment is fast-paced, which keeps things exciting and pushes the company to stay competitive in the SaaS industry. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, especially regarding the nature and complexity of work. I appreciated that concerns and suggestions were heard and taken seriously. The company also encourages a culture of ownership and innovation. Employees are empowered to take on challenging problems, experiment with ideas, and even pitch new products or features. I also had the opportunity to work directly with experienced, tenured leaders in the industry, which was a great learning experience.
