Friendly environment Good for juniors to learn and lead Salary on time.

Lack of seniority and professional guidelines. Lunch not subsidized and menu is not good and food doesn't seem to be healthy. Management is severly slow in doing everything.

Friendly colleague, No office politics. Salary in time. Snacks

Poor increment. No tour, No occasional gifts. Few days of paid leave. Poor management.
