Pros
There were a good few positive points for me while working at Nasstar: - Working with a really good bunch of people. This is key and can't be overlooked. You are able to approach and have conversations with anyone in the team. - Flexibility of hours, the company understands work/ home life balance. - Variation of work. I was able to work on a number of projects and in different areas. The opportunity is there if you take it. - Great locations around the UK, again with the opportunity to see the other offices in operation. - Everyone is trying to pull in the same direction and make the business the best it can be.
Cons
Some decisions seemed to be made too quickly, which led to the teams being put under pressure to deliver on what has been agreed, although everyone would be happy to just get their head down and get on with delivering.
