The Medical Director is a wonderful boss. She is hardworking and expects her staff to be the same, but as long as you stay on top of your tasks there is no micromanaging.

Extremely poor management. Medical director was never around when needed and was very accusatory when something she didn’t like occurred. Made changes to our contract and our schedules without our agreement.
