Pros
The company can be a good stepping stone early on, and there were periods where things felt more organized and manageable.
Cons
Leadership is ineffective and there is a clear lack of operational structure. Employees are routinely overworked and underappreciated, with constant meetings that leave little time to actually complete assigned work. Despite this, expectations remain high and unrealistic.
There appears to be awareness of these issues within management, but little ability or willingness to meaningfully fix them. As a result, the environment continues to deteriorate rather than improve.
Turnover is consistently high, both internally and among members, which further reflects the ongoing instability and poor execution across the organization.
Raises are minimal to nonexistent so don’t expect to ever make more than what you are offered at the start.
