Pros

You work from home and can make decent money if you finesse the system and clients like the company wants you to do. You can also be a suck up and never question anything and they’ll make you management.

Cons

Everything, terrible lead system on an auto dialer that pushes you majority unqualified leads that have been abused by over contacted. A even worse chargeback system that holds the “sales agent” accountable for the actions of the client. How they have it set up should be illegal. Agents get hit with chargebacks up to 12 months I’ve seen. How?! A client can see the program all the way through but if they miss payments in the beginning or push a payment, agent gets hit with a chargeback. Retention team is a joke and prequal should be taking all inbounds to not waste our time with pointless 1 question calls. To add a cherry on top, the reporting systems are constantly not accurate and agents have to double check every number for proper payout, kpi reporting and just to be “adherent” which is determined by a system that also constantly has inaccurate reports. This company focusses on data collection of personal information on everyone who calls in. If you call in, they want your ssn and personal info regardless of the our reason for calling. Very sketchy and unethical company that sugar coats or straight up avoids client questions and avoids saying the company name or what we actually do. This company leads by deception and is focused on over the shoulder coaching even for well seasoned reps that have been here 5-10+ years like myself Almost forget but every month they send out blackout dates for the following month that always include all weekends. Usually Friday- Monday.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Remote flexibility and earning potential are things many on our team value, and it is good to hear those stood out for you. We also hear the frustrations you raised and the broader impact they had on your experience. The expectations that a high performance environment demands do not feel the same for everyone, and so we continue to review how our systems are working as part of maintaining the standards we set for ourselves.

Pros

Excellent uncapped commissions, support staff that help you when you need it, no shortage of leads, completely remote. OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT - I've been here 9 months and have already been promoted.

Cons

Sometimes direction from top end management can seem out of touch, but that can happen just about anywhere - things even out eventually

Pros

This has genuinely been one of the best companies I've worked for. The pay is competitive, the commission structure is fair, and the earning potential is excellent for those willing to put in the effort. The work-from-home environment is a huge benefit, and management trusts employees to do their jobs without constant micromanagement. Instead of hovering over every detail, managers provide support when needed and give employees the freedom to succeed. Training is above average compared to most companies I've worked for. They invest time into making sure employees understand the products, systems, and expectations before being thrown into the role. The leadership team is approachable, professional, and treats employees like actual people rather than just numbers on a spreadsheet. One thing that stands out is the transparency. Leadership is very open about company goals, performance metrics, and KPIs. Expectations are realistic, and they focus on strategic growth rather than setting impossible targets that employees have no chance of reaching. The culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. I've enjoyed my experience enough that I've recommended friends and family members to apply, which is something I rarely do.

Cons

Like any customer-facing role, some calls can be challenging, especially when customers are frustrated or upset. However, management understands that difficult interactions are part of the job and doesn't expect employees to be perfect. There can be stressful days during busy periods, but overall the expectations remain reasonable and attainable. Any negatives are minor compared to the positives the company offers.
