      Pros

      National Disability Alliance is that rare firm that cares about its employees as much as its clients. This comes through in its culture, benefits and various employee programs. I really enjoy the focus on results, technology, speaking up when seeing opportunities or issues, and the camaraderie.

      Cons

      Still working on typical growing pains for a firm in the middle of a steep growth curve. We need to keep up the growth plan on all fronts.

      Pros

      There's a lot of work every day, but helping people feels nice. A lot of phone calls and emails. I need to make sure i get my coffee every morning. Free snacks and coffee, some paid for lunches and breakfast is always nice.

      Cons

      I knew there was going to be a lot of work. Makes time go fast, so no problem.
