      I was impressed with their flexible work schedule but I do believe that it was "per your manager/department" and not company wide.

      Cons

      Very old ways of thinking and not enough accountability by the individual employees and departments.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
