Pros
Fellow employees and management are very easy to get along with. Benefits are ok.
Cons
Compensation only good for upper levels. IB calls with no opportunity count against percentage & when the company merged the ib calls reduced by more than half. Can only move up to higher level with higher close percentage. Sales assistants don't qualify customers to a satisfactory level, causing customers to disconnect before opportunity to sell, resulting in close percentage being lowered. A lot of IT issues with system & phone system since merger.
