Pros
District Manager Pay higher than many competitors, given a lot of autonomy to make decisions. Expenses and other perks are very good.
Cons
Depending on position, hard to get approval to hire at market avg, many times force to go below avg on offers losing on great candidates. Upper management is pretty good, but at times still operates like a small company.
