      Easy to understand workflow, 4 day work weeks and easy ladder climb.

      Cons

      Treats people as numbers, and will be very upset if goals are not met, even if the machinery is broken or the previous shift caused an issue to disrupt workflow. No accountability for mismanagement of time or responsibilities.
