      Pros

      there was free stuff at the end of the month. My direct Manager was amazing but couldn't lead because she was afraid of Aimee.

      Cons

      Dan should open your eyes. The person you have running your company is a poor example of a leader. I wouldn't be surprised if you are going through a harassment lawsuit because of her, I would be happy to testify as well. Aimee Quinn is a bully!

      Being a small division of 6 loan officers, I got to work close with the rest of the team and the 1 processor we had

      The live leads suck. The lead source was also a broker who was saving the best leads for his own benefit.
