Most of the employees really care about members. They express empathy and are often frustrated themselves with processes or lack of.
Cons
I understand laying off temps but they’ve laid off front line customer service, supervisors and managers every year for past 3 that I’ve been there. Leaving others to pick up everything! No raises in 3 yrs! If you’re lucky you might have received a COL increase but it’s not across the board. Supervisors actually carry it all. They wear 10 hats, pulled 50 directions, doing more than any level. No one will recognize your work or work anniversary either.. I only know one sup that will celebrate her team’s anniversary. They won’t promote level I agents to II but have them taking sup calls, support chat, etc with the mindset “they get to be off the phones”. So take it, be happy, or don’t. You’re still not getting more $.. they don’t even match 401k … complete joke of a company! Unless you’re the owner
