Great office and field staff, everyone works together so that each department helps another when needed. Always busy and never a dull day in the office. Great atmosphere between staff, which shows at our annual Christmas party (where everyone is invited with partners)! Lovely location in Dorset, A new scheme has been put in to get early leaves on Fridays, and extra annual leave days possible so working to give more to appreciate staff.

Location can seem far from most places (Wareham, Dorset), but there are places you can go in town at lunch and they have put in a canteen too! ( travel isn't usually that bad from either direction)

Quite a nice showroom but in Wareham so too far away for most. We were paid our paltry comms on time.

The telephone sales ladies who deliberately sent me on bad appointments as I would not jump high enough when they said jump. Appointments were poor anyway, they will send you to anyone anytime however little interest there is. They will tell you that you have an exclusive area, you will soon find out that that is not the case and they hired yet another rep in my area the very week that I started. The pay is not good as the prices are 2-3 times higher than your competitors so you will have to drop them to come close enough to have the chance of a sale. Customers getting 4-5 quotes in nearly every case. Senior Managers who appeared great to begin with say one thing to you and another behind your back. They are NOT on your side. They present the company as not another nasty sales company when it is exactly that. Altogether a very unpleasant experience.
