      Pros

      trainors are kind and friendly. hiring process is as easy as a pie.

      Cons

      I got into this company because i was enticed by their ad. they offer a very high salary. when I started working it's when I discovered it's totally opposite. if you can pass the callan training, if you work 24/7 and if you will have many students that's the only time you can get high pay. basic pay is 8,5000. very far from the P40,000 as said in their ads. management is also soooooooooooo strict. Japanese are so hardworking. they work like robots. so they also want you to be a robot. Also don't be deceived by others who says it's a good company and you will be paid high because they are also trying their best to get a referral fee.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
