Pros
Flexible time - I can work anytime I am available and ready. I can easily plot my schedule, go online anytime I like, and go on vacation when I need to. I don't need to ask for someone else's approval when I cannot work. It's very helpful for mothers, like me, who are juggling work and family duties.
Nice platform - Native Camp has its own platform in order for teachers to conduct classes (via videocall, unlike other ESL schools that depend on Skype), access the textbooks, monitor your payments, plot your schedule, etc. There is no need to open many applications. It is also user-friendly and always being updated to improve both the student's and teacher's learning and teaching experience, respectively.
Responsive Admin - When you send an inquiry, they reply and provide clarificaions and solutions.
On-time salary - This is the most important thing for me. I have never experienced a problem with my salary. Native Camp sends salary on time.
Incentives/ opportunities - Native Camp made me an Elite Teacher which enables me to earn extra monthly, depending on the number of minutes I conduct classes in a month. It was also trained and became a Callan teacher.
The Native Camp's motto: "Be the best and earn the best" is real. If you value your job and perform well, you will earn here at Native Camp. If you focus on negative things and keep on complaining, you will attract negativity and lose motivation.
Cons
All companies and jobs have cons. Nothing is perfect so I choose to just focus on the positive things. I love Native Camp and I am happy here! 😊
