      Pros

      Payment is with 10% fee for using the platform and tax. Salary is always paid on time all the time.

      Cons

      The company doesn’t care about the teacher’s welfare. Random Termination of teachers without explanations. Many students can report and terminate a teacher without a valid reason even though the student is rude, mean, disrespectful, a pervert, etc. It is also hard to ask for a review removal even with recorded videos and proofs. Unfair treatment. PRO STUDENT they act like they listen to their teachers but no. They rely to the fact that non-stop teachers are applying.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
