Great place to work for people with no interest in progressing as Directors will most likely take credit for all your accomplishments
Cons
The company is out of money. Cant pay bills to vendors to keep products on shelf. We were told in staff meeting to not let Retail know about financial issues to curb possible panic. 3 CFOs in last year. The place is a revolving door. Executive staff held secret meeting entitled, "How to Protect each other During Transition," except one of them forgot to hide it on their calendar. No consideration for employees. CEO lied in quarterly meeting assuring us the company was not getting sold to new ownership. Executive team cannot be expected to be trusted. The new HR lady is in cahoots with the CEO to remove any employee whom he has the slightest suspicion was loyal to the previous CEO. The place is like a mafia.
