Everything else.
Starting from the top, the CEO is full of ego (as most are) and is completely out of touch with what his employees are doing day-to-day.
When the company is doing bad, you can bet that the atmosphere in the company will be heavy, and any minor thing could set people off and get you on the chopping board. The thing is, during my time there, the company was always doing bad. So, you do the math.
If you are willing to engage in some heavy corporate ass-licking, I have no doubt you'll have an amazing time at Native Teams. I have seen it first-hand. Put on your fakest personality, and you will be a winner. But that would require you to buldoze everything and everyone in front of you, have no morals, and act as if everything is life or death in a company with an extremely basic product that is certainly not saving any lives.
Most of the teams are willing to stab each other in the back at any given moment if it means gaining visibility with upper management and getting more budget, a bonus, or a potential promotion. Meanwhile, most of the people who hold higher positions have absolutely ZERO clue what they are doing, and are taking out their frustration because of their incomptence on their colleagues who are probably paid three times less.
I could go on, but finally, the lack of professionalism and absolute hedonism going on during team hangouts is...something else.
