Pros
A lot of genuine, kind and brilliant people work here. The products are the future and will help with conservation/cleaner environment efforts. The company has wonderful benefits and are introducing more/improving benefits regularly as the company grows.
Cons
Unfortunately, a few “bad apples” have fallen into the batch and now the work environment has become toxic for some teams. Hiring can move at a glacial pace. Some members of teams are slow (or unwilling) to adapt to new methods of hiring/interviewing.
