      Culture, team and mission are very well aligned. It's a joy to work with this team and their vision for the future is well communicated and timely.

      Cons

      It's a startup! There's a lot to do and many hats to wear but if you are into it, it's wonderful.

      most employees work remotely and have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

      Cons

      complete lack of leadership or direction. A great concept that struggles to survive under the constant state of change and lack of focus.
