Women Need Not Apply - Engineer Naval Nuclear Laboratory Employee Review

Was with the company for 5 yrs and was tired of how women were treated. Women are treated like it was the 50's. At the West Milton Site with ~750 employees, there are ~90 managers and only 7 female managers but only 3 technical managers; 29 advisors and 0 women. The Training Simulation department of ~300 has ~31 managers and 0 women; 29 advisors, 0 women. The company hires plenty of women to check the diversity box but have little to no chance to get promoted.
