      Cons

      If you are not an engineer you will not be considered for top management no matter how good your track record may be.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
