      Low pay. Extremely frustrating bureaucracy. You’ll spend more time wading through bureaucracy than the actual work you became an engineer/scientist to do.

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
