There is a certain amount of time you need to be willing to put in to become successful, this may mean taking calls outside of core hours, working through lunches and travel to remote locations, the industry we work in often has sites that operate 24/7 and if there is an urgent requirement or concern you may need to be prepared to answer your clients/candidates away from the office. The job can really test resilience, you face challenges along the way, like most target-driven sales jobs. This can sometimes make you leave for the day feeling a little deflated, however it can also be very rewarding if you persevere and don't let the negatives take over your focus.
