In terms of the bonus scheme, we believe that what we offer is very competitive in the market and we are very honest and open about what our bonus scheme is right from the get go. From the initial call to discuss a candidate’s application, through to offer and induction, we are transparent on what we expect from people who join us and what they will expect from us in return. We do pride ourselves on recruiting people with little to no sales experience and developing them into successful recruitment consultants and we have a huge amount of success stories, which we are truly proud of. We also fully appreciate that it is a tough job, that requires a lot of determination, focus and dedication and due to this, some people that join find that it’s not the right role for them… which is common in recruitment.
