Pros
You get good SFDC exposure if you are into development.
Cons
For them you are a resource in literal sense. There is no work life balance they want to give you. No Compensation benefits. No professional growth. I've worked for more than 2 years with them and haven't seen a single email from CEO talking about the company growth plan. Basically, they are duping their clients too with bizarre products, they claim are best in the market. They are selling plain Salesforce (with minimum customizations) with their company logo on the system. On top of that no job security - they wiped entire offshore Sales team once fine day. Why?! NO CLUE! Top Management - I don't know how actively the CEO gets involved in the actual business. COO is CEOs brother and he is just there to sit and has no work to do, in literal sense. CTO thinks he is a GODMAN wherein he is the most funniest guy I have ever come across. You expect a CTO to come up and devise the technological strategies for the company. Whereas, this stud sits with developers in a capacity of a technical architect (which is definitely his forte). They hire BAs to do three kind of jobs - to create pathetic and really low standard BRDs for the product enhancements or new products (again to insert Navatar Logo and sell SFDC); to do customer service by resolving client's issues; to sit and customize client's systems and help them with mail merge, mass mailing, field creation and all BS stuff. NO LEARNING FOR BAs AT ALL! There are so many things I can write here which will fall short to define how terrible this company is. Nonetheless don't join this company unless you really don't have any option.
