CEO is too busy being head of sales to lead company. Management out of touch with staff. Unrealistic promises made to customers and employees. No HR department. No opportunity for management if not Swedish. Bonuses often promised but not delivered, same with annual salary increases. Overworked staff.

Overall high ambition among colleagues and management team is sometimes causing high pressure. Not a company for lazy people!
