      1. Good leadership for the clear roadmap of the organization. 2. Skip and lead level has good technical knowledge to the tech stack and domain. 3. Opportunity to grow and learn in new technologies. 4. Leaders are easily available. 5. HR is very active in support of the staff and resolves issues in timebound manner. 6. Perks and benefits are very good. 7. People get enough time for the learning as well as the task assignments.

      Pros

      I worked with smart people who care about their job, our customers and each other.

      Cons

      Poor c-suite forecasting of sales, profits and EBITDA resulted in layoffs about every 2 years. Company is profitable, but not enough for the parent company, so already thin staffs get cut.
