Everyone I worked with was great! Everyone from the top down listened and cared about all employees.

Navigator Credit Union's leadership has continued to make changes since the first female president & ceo was hired. Managers seem to be sincerely interested in employees and giving opportunities for training and personal and professional growth.

It's not for profit with a lean workforce, so everyone is expected to perform at a very high level of productivity.
