Pros
The veteran women of the company who have been there for some time will try to help you.
Cons
There is a lazy boys' club running the show. One of the members of leadership has been there for several years and does not even know how to train employees or teach you to do much of anything. The lack of structure and lack of knowledge of how to do every day things is disheartening and concerning. Instead of learning how to pull reports or do most things, leadership leans on one employee to do the grunt work. There is little to no room for growth here, especially if you are not part of the boys' club. Most people sit in their same position for YEARS before they even get a promotion and there is no clear career path of where you can go or explore if interested. Benefits are not the greatest. Bonuses.. probably not happening.
